At Wiates Academy, we strive to deliver high-quality live training experiences and career-focused learning outcomes. We value transparency and fairness in our financial policies. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which students may be eligible for a refund.
1. General Policy
Wiates Academy offers live instructor-led sessions, and access to training materials begins immediately upon enrollment. Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Within 7 Days of Enrollment:
A student may request a refund within 7 calendar days of course enrollment provided:
They have attended no more than 1 live session
They have not downloaded any exclusive course material or content
The refund request includes a valid reason
Note: A nominal administrative fee (up to 10% of the course fee) may be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
2.2 Beyond 7 Days:
No refunds will be provided after 7 days of enrollment under normal circumstances.
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation), students may request consideration for partial refund or course deferment. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Wiates Academy’s management.
2.3 Ineligibility
No refund shall be provided:
If the student has attended more than 1 live session
If the student has downloaded or accessed significant course content
For promotional/discounted enrollments or scholarship entries
If a student is found violating the Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, the student must:
Send an email to support@wiates.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Course Name]
Include:
Full Name
Registered Email ID
Date of Enrollment
Reason for the refund request
Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Course Cancellation or Postponement by Wiates Academy
If Wiates Academy cancels or significantly postpones a batch (e.g., due to technical or operational reasons), students will be offered:
A full refund or
The option to enroll in the next available batch
5. Deferment Policy
Students who are unable to continue due to valid reasons may request to defer their enrollment to a future batch (subject to seat availability and management approval). Only one deferment per student is allowed, and no refunds will be processed after deferment.
